    3. Complete the Form and you are registered

  2. How to Sign In?

    1. Go to www.biztoolssa.com
    2. Go to Sign In (on right side)
    3. Fill in your Username (email address) and Password

  3. How to reset your Password?

    1. Go to www.biztoolssa.com
    2. Go to Sign In (on right side)
    3. Click Reset Password
    4. Fill in your Username or email and submit
    5. A Reset link will be sent to the registered email address
    6. Click on the link and create a new password

How to join professional network?

All users can register and then follow steps below to become a professional on BizTools South Africa.

  1. How to use BizTools South Africa “Need Professional Help?” tool?

    1. Register
    2. Sign In
    3. Click on Find Professionals
    4. Click on We;come to Biz911
    5. Select your requirements – service category, service description, area, province and city
    6. Click Filters
    7. Select the preferred Professional
    8. Click on Get Quote
    9. Fill in the Quote Request Form and Send Quote Request
    10. Professional receive quote qnd create order
    11. Professional load order requirements, accept terms and create final order
    12. User visit order list page, click on view details, upload requirements and submit requirements
    13. User accept or reject order
    14. User accept the terms and pays for the order
    15. Professional can cancel the order, request resollution, chat with user
    16. User can request revision or mark order as complete
    17. User review the order and service
    18. Order is complete

  2. How to Register as a Professional on our Network?

    1. Register
    2. Sign In
    3. Go to BizProfessonals Only
    4. Click on Registers as a Professional
    5. Complete Add Preference Form and Submit
    6. BizTools review your application
    7. Get approval, rejection or request for further information
    8. Receive the Approval, Rejection or Request for Information
    9. Go to Professional Network, click on BizProfessionals Only and select I am a Professional
    10. A Professional Dashboard will appear with My Professional Preference, My Personal Services, My Professional Account, My Public Profile, Bank Details and Monthly Financial Status
    11. Click on My Professional Preference to add, edit or delete a preference
    12. Click on My Personal Services to add preference servicesm rates, time needed and service duration
    13. Click on My Professional Account update your personal details
    14. Click on Bank Detaisl to add, edit or delete your banking details
    15. Click on Monthly Financial Status to view your state of profesional finances
    16. After adding preferences and services, then you are on the list and can start receiving request for quotes

Biz Tools

You can subscribe for one or mutliple biz tools.

  1. How to Subscribe for BizTools?

    1. Sign In
    2. Go to BizTools
    3. Select from the following options - dashboard, buy new tool, my tools and my subscriptions
    4. Select Buy New Tool and click on the Biz Tool you want to buy (all biz tools will start on basic versions)
    5. Click on Purchase Now
    6. Click on Pay Now
    7. Process Payment
    8. You will be redirected to My Subscription page and click on the Active button next to the tool you want to access
    9. Acccess the tool and enjoy for the whole year

  2. How to Upgrade, Degrade, Cancel OR Renew?

    1. Sign In
    2. Go to BizTools
    3. Select My Subscriptions
    4. Check the tool you want to update and click on the Active button next to that tool
    5. Click on the upgrade, degrade, renew or cancel button
    6. An invoice or cancellation/degrading message will appear
    7. Click on Pay Now
    8. Process the payment
    9. You will be redirected to My Subscription page
    10. Check the list of tools, select the tool and click on Active button next to that tool
    11. VOILAH, enjoy your tool

  3. How to use a BizCompliance Basic Calculator tool?

    1. Sign In
    2. Go to BizTools
    3. Select My Subscriptions
    4. Click on BizCompliance Basic Calculator from the tool list and click on the Active button
    5. Select BizCompliance Period - weekly, forthnightly, 1 month, etc.
    6. Select BizCompliance Type - Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Pay As You Earn, etc.
    7. Select BizCompliance Payer Type
    8. Select BizCompliance Goal
    9. Select What You Information You Have?
    10. Fill in all the information required on the form
    11. Click Calculate button

      3. Click on Create New Ticket button
      4. Enter the message, select type of help needed, enter order number and click on add new ticket button and your ticket is created
      5. Go to Create Ticket dashboard and click on View next to the ticket you created and want to follow-up
      6. You can send further messages and upload the documents until the dispute is resolved
